+ 1 or more years of experience working in an administrative support role in higher education.

Job Description

Responsible for department budgeting, spending, procurement, invoicing, collections, open encumbrances, reports & records retention. Coordinates Round Rock Campus professional development broadcasts.



Job Duties


+ Prepares department and Round Rock Campus Faculty Incentive Program travel requests and expense reports.


+ Prepares department annual spending plans.


+ Reports and analyzes monthly department spending.


+ Represents department at Financial Services meetings.


+ Procures department materials and services.


+ Performs department interdepartmental transfer transactions.


+ Prepares department monthly procurement card logs.


+ Manages department open encumbrances and coordinates annual accounting close.


+ Invoices room rental customers and manages collections.


+ Coordinates professional development training courses broadcast to the Round Rock Campus.


+ Coordinates department annual records retention and disposal review.


+ Prepares department reports.
