Cert Occupat Therapy Asst PRN
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant performs occupational therapy treatments to assist with restoring independent functioning and/or minimizing debilitation. Under direction of licensed Occupational Therapist, provide occupational therapy treatments to assist in developing, improving, and restoring independent functioning and/or minimizing debilitation. Provide necessary equipment and/or instruction to patient and/or family members prior to patient's discharge. Assist with scheduling patients, entering patient charges, and documenting progress in patient medical records, to be reviewed and signed by licensed Occupational Therapist. The ideal Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will have excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Associate's degree required

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

+ Occupational Therapist license required
